1 John 1:9 promises, “If we confess our sins to God, He can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away.”
Thank you Father!
Now we just need to admit our sins to ourselves and ask for that forgiveness that only He can give.
Be blessed :)

Out like a lion!
OK spring has sprung! I am sitting in my office looking out on our rain filled neighborhood listening to the howl of the winds on the hill that we call home. I am thankful for this little piece of land which houses our abode :) Very thankful.
Yesterday I had an Apple monitor go down after 6 months but it was an open box which saved me about $200 at the time so I bought the extended warranty which is unusual for me...wise decision! Best Buy just picked up a new monitor and I was out the door...new as in the $200 more new. The Geek Squad told me it would be that way if this happened and it was!! I was impressed.
Have a blessed day.

Jesus came to be a servant the first time to show us the path we should take...
Do you feel so saved, you never serve? The fact is, you and I are here for a reason, and that reason is to grow and glorify God in our service. ~ Max Lucado
Tomorrow I am going to spend the night with the 4 grand babies in Columbus so that their Mommy can spend the night in Cleveland with her hubby. He is a Doctor who is has been accepted into Law School.... they are both perennial students! The babies are precious and extremely active...ages 1,3,6 and 9....and thankfully I am in pretty good shape :)
Wish me well.
Be blessed and be a blessing to someone else!

Rest in His mercy and in the peace He gives to you. Not the peace of this world which is transient, fleeting but His peace which is eternal, life giving.

Family is a GOOD gift from God!
We celebrated Easter at Kristyl's....the farm is made for kids to have a good time!! I missed Timmy's presence but it is a necessary evil right now with the radiation treatment. Kristyl made a pork roast to die for and no one went home hungry!
Thank you Jesus for a blessed day in remembrance of Your sacrifice and victory over death!

This is a day that the Lord has made.....rejoice and enjoy it!
Like Job we say, “If only there were a mediator who could bring us together.” 1 Timothy 2:5 says, “There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man, Jesus Christ.”

Mark 11:25-26
Be kind, loving and quick to forgive…for there is no one righteous. No. Not. One
It is doubtful that a person who cannot forgive another has ever experienced the forgiveness of his own sins by God.
Mark 11:25-26
25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Matthew 6:14
32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
Ephesians 4:32
13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
Colossians 3:13
15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matthew 6:15

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1).
This Easter thank God for all that He has provided in Christ Jesus and rest in the peace that only He can give!
You are blessed beyond measure in Him!

Then (the thief) said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:42-43
God will always give you freedom of choice.....choose life in Christ!
It has been a hectic but satisfying past week. It included doing a Spiritual Spa for my daughters' schools STS Peter and Paul with my sisters and ended with an overnight with my Columbus babies.
I am thankful and humbled by soooo many things in my life...tops is my salvation in Jesus Christ and in the family that He has given to me!
Be blessed and take joy in the Lord it is our strength!

He Chose the Nails........Choose Him... choose Life!
God has penned a list of our faults. The list God has made, however, cannot be read. The words can’t be deciphered. The mistakes are covered. The sins are hidden. Those at the top are hidden by His hand; those down the list are covered by His blood. Your sins are blotted out by Jesus. The Bible says that He has forgiven you all your sins. He has utterly wiped out the written evidence of broken commandments which always hung over our heads, and has completely annulled it by nailing it to the cross.
He knew the source of those sins was you, and since He couldn’t bear the thought of eternity without you, Jesus Himself chose the nails. The hand is the hand of God. The nail is the nail of God. And as the hands of Jesus opened for the nail, the doors of heaven opened for you!

In Matthew 7:11, Jesus asked, “If you sinful men know how to give good gifts to your children, won’t your Father in heaven even more certainly give good gifts to those who ask Him?”
We are made in His image and likeness.....we know how to love our children shouldn't we love His children in the same way?
Love God. Love others.
Have a blessed day :)
