I Corinthians 13:8 promises that “love never fails!”

We need to treat others with the same agape love that our Father has for us :)

Today is going to be in the high 80's and I am going to power wash the porches...this year they are full of mosquitoes....what the heck...we have never had mosquitoes on this hill :(

The roses and azaleas are in full bloom and the morning with its golden sunlight at about 7AM is full of God's abundant beauty.....coffee on the deck....heavenly!!

Help me to be all that You have created me to be Father.......all that You have created in me!

Thank You God for all the wonder of Your creation that You made  for man. Help me to remember that everything, every little thing, is from You!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in TX at the Vela graduation....my little sisters' prayers for a safe trip, beautiful weather and fantastic family bonding of the Huber/Vela families were answered (even down to the instant lake @the wildlife preserve created for us to enjoy from the back yard) and no humidity...as she often says "God is good"......amen to that :)

I miss everyone already!! But they are planning a trip to Ohio in July....yipee!!

God is all powerful for good....all knowing of our needs....and He is always with us! What a comfort this truth has been in good times and in bad! I love you Papa:)

A big shout out to STS Peter and Paul for their production "Alice in Wonderland" what a class act.....and the dinner was tasty also!! So proud of my grandson and his school :)

We need to keep on trucking to the very end :)

Today it is softly raining....a perfect time for burning at the Quarry!

Tonight we are going to a Dinner Theatre Production of "Alice in Wonderland" that my grandson is in!
He attends a small Catholic school in an even smaller town.....it is a great place to visit and they have the best plays :) Homemade noodles, chicken and mashed potatoes......who could ask for more?

And so my challenge to you is simple.  Ask God to help you have His eternal view of the world.  Every person you meet has been given an invitation!  When one says yes, celebrate!  When one says no, pray!

Mother's Day was wonderful...the girls had a party for me at Kristyl's house. I am so thankful that my Mom could be there also! I love my family!

Jesus said, “If you open your eyes wide in wonder and belief, your body fills up with light. If you live squinty-eyed in greed and distrust, your body is a dank cellar.” (Matthew 6:22-23 MSG).

Tomorrow we are going to watch our 5 year old grandson play baseball....oh how I miss those days with my own little ones!!

It is also our Anniversary so we are going out to eat dinner with  my parents to celebrate...I am sure a game of Hand and Foot will follow!

A relaxing weekend......slow recovery :)

I did little over the weekend......I rested and today I feel much better!

It is warm and overcast this morning as I look out over our little valley. Signs of rain and maybe a thunder storm are in the forecast...I love the melodic sounds of rain. Maybe it will wash away some of the pollens that cover our floors and screens this year.

The Wellston family is hosting a cook out for Mother's Day and now I need to see if Mom and Dad want to come with us......they haven't been there in well over 2 years....we will see :)

Beautiful, beautiful weather :)

WOW are we enjoying the sunshine and warmth right now in central Ohio.

 I picked up a bug at the beginning of the week after spending the night with the Columbus babies......then the Wellston babies spent the night Saturday after Cait's First Communion Party and  I had an allergic reaction to the Vitamin D that one of my DRS. put me on...I became quite sick but they took good care of me :) So after 2 trips to 2 different DRS and consultation with my allergist (my daughter..Dr Marla) I am well, OK < than perfect but well on my way!

Last night we had Mom and Dad over for cards and fried mushroom sandwiches....thanks to one of my dearest friends, Jessie, and the clients that she purchased the mushrooms from!!

I had my morning muffin out on the deck......heavenly!

This morning (7AM) Tim fixed Daddy's mower, not realizing that it was a tad early to pick up the part at the auto store,...they went to 3 places to find 1 open....but it is now working!

Today I am going to lunch with my brother and parents and then afterwards picking up a new printer...mine went kerpluck :(

Our testimony is our witness of the realness of God. The good, the bad and the downright ugly of our lives and the power of the Holy Spirit to take what was definitely meant to destroy us and turn it into a life altering experience of God's mercy and grace......that is what we need to shout to the world in His name!

We are each given a life of God's intervention......we need to share those moments with others. There are no chance encounters in our lives just footprints He leaves on our heart!
